Fiji Bati World Cup squad was named last night at the Fund raising Dinner in Suva. Fourteen local players who had overseas contract early this year, one local player and thirteen overseas based players was named last night.

FIJI BATI TRIALS FOR THE WORLD CUP 2008

All players who had been offered a place in the trials are asked to report to the National Stadium on the 25th September 2008 for the first trials. 20 players from resident players. 27 players who have just returned from Australia and 22 players who plays rugby league in Australia. 4 teams will be formed and the selectors will pick 34 players who will have their next trials on the 27th of September.
